ATC Ambrose Total Control®

Ambrose's new ATC system is designed to provide the user with an operator-friendly system for setup, operations, and troubleshooting of the complete packaging system.

The control system includes:

• Pentium 4 computer, printer, Allen Bradley 5/04 processor, R/S View touch screen interface, R/S logics, SPC report developed for Ambrose by Rockwell Automation with software for remote system monitoring.

The equipment in this line includes:

• Automatic nested pail infeed system.
• Automatic pail denester.
• Automatic net weight filing system with a production rate of 22 to 24 cpm.
• Automatic flush and product supply control.
• Automatic lid placer with bung to handle orientation.
• Automatic top-off for anti-skin solution.
• Automatic roller closer with powered height adjustment.
• Automatic palletizer for 24 pail per minute.
• Scanning of label to compare bar code to product being filled.
• Downloading of product fill data via Microsoft Excel program.
• Read all inputs from the control panel (made or open).
• Operate all outputs from the control panel (to test function).
• Change fill speed via fingertip control on the touch screen (slow/fast/slow).
• Change index speed via fingertip control on the touch screen.
• Features custom-designed to fit your specific product requirements.
• Monitoring of packaging system via the Internet with pcAnywhere.

Optional touch screen fill speed control for slow/fast/slow filling of volumetric and volumetric/net weight fillers. The piston is infinitely controlled to allow fine-tuning of the fill. This control is at the touch screen interface for each individual cylinder.
